Leaders who are self-aware know that they can benefit from an objective, third-party “having seen it” coach. As much as we would like key leaders to “figure it out themselves”, it rarely results in the results that are needed. Even the best boss can’t provide 100% of the coaching/mentoring needed by the leader. Often it is the simple 1-3% shifts that are the difference between an effective leader over the long term, and those that are ineffective. I have the unique experience of coaching leaders and facilitating succession planning development conversations within organizations of all sizes. I am a certified leadership coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
