Team Coaching
Teams, like families, sometimes find themselves in a spiraling situation of disruption, poor communication and collaboration, and negativity. It is easier to maintain and create positive team dynamics on the front-end versus having to fix it once it falls off the cliff. The impact of a poorly functioning team results in employee turnover, lost productivity and engagement, and ultimately the team’s inability to support the goals of the company. Create a smoothly oiled engine rather than having to change the gears in the middle of a race. I help facilitate positive team dynamics and understanding before the team gets off the rails and you start losing good employees due to the negative team dynamics. I use DiSC, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and other tools and training to help the team stay on track and quickly resolve any derailments. Most people know that having a healthy diet and exercising can help minimize major health conditions, surgery etc. – it is not a guarantee but certainly minimizes any health challenges. Teams that have healthy collaboration, communication, respect, etc are most likely not to suddenly break down into a crisis. I am a certified leadership coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified in DiSC assessments.
