I also know “what is around the corner” in terms of company requirements to attain the next level of growth and size. Think of it like a 20-story building – having the right experienced architect help to design the first and second floor of the building is critical to support the subsequent 19 floors. I mentor and coach your existing HR Team and help you transition to a fulltime VPHR at the appropriate time.
